The Good Practice Database
The Good Practice Database is a vast online database comprising the very best management practices adopted by Winners and Finalists of the EFQM Excellence Award in the past five years. The database contains detailed descriptions of sound approaches to excellence, the systematic deployment of these and the best in class results achieved by the winners and finalists.

Structured around the EFQM Excellence Model, the database contains numerous best management practices for each of the 9 criteria and each of the 32 sub-criteria.
The content of the database is extracted from the award submission documents. Only the high scoring sub-criteria from winners and finalists are added to the database. High scoring are those sub-criteria which scored 65 points or more. This score is given by the assessor team and covers both an evaluation of the content of the submission document and the findings of the team during the Site Visit.
EFQM Excellence Award winners and finalists are frontrunners in organisational excellence and their management practices serve as great learning opportunities for all EFQM Members seeking to improve performance.
