Best Practice Insights are documentations of the role model approaches to excellence that have been implemented in EFQM Excellence Award Winning organisations or organisations that have reached the level of finalist.

In the insights these high achieving organisations share their management practice in the areas in which the assessor team identified them as role model organisations. Insights are a short documentation of a specific approach, describing why the approach was implemented, results achieved and the do's and don't lessons learned learned by the organisation. Insights are extremely useful for companies willing to learn how to progress in a more fruitful manner in their implementation of best practices.
