Video Interviews

As part of their internal promotion of Excellence, EFQM Member La Poste has interviewed a number of business leaders to learn about how the use of the EFQM Excellent Model has affected and enriched different companies. The videos will clarify how best practice processes were implemented in each organisation and how the use of the Model enabled them to develop their business and strategy even further.
Each interview will give you a first hand report on how the EFQM model has affected each organisation and how they interpret it to fit to into their organisational culture.
