Committed to Excellence 

EFQM's database of successful organisations  contains a list of members that have achieved the 'Committed to Excellence' Award. Organisations recognised as ‘Committed to Excellence’ have carried out a full assessment against the 9 criteria of the EFQM Excellence Model and they have successfully used the outcome from the self-assessment to prioritise and plan actions to address the opportunities for improvement. Additionally these organisations have full deployment of at least 3 improvement plans within their organisation.

Organisations 'Committed to Excellence' have successfully taken the first steps into their  Excellence journey and thus maintain a good  understanding of how to successfully implement a wide varity of  management the tools, concepts and the EFQM Excellence model, within their organisation.

'Committed to Excellence' organisations are ideal excellence benchmarking partners if you are just starting your journey to excellence and looking for partners that can help you get started.
